This Garage is 24 feet wide by 26 feet long and built with 9 foot sidewalls with double plates top and bottom, with green treated bottom plates with a 8 foot high by 16 foot wide door opening with an option of a small change to two 8 foot by 8 foot doors. There is a 12 inch overhang. Also built without window openings to suit the customer and framed in one 36 by 80 walk in door. The house wrap is attached but no siding also to suit the customer's choice. The walls are built with a 2x4 frame with 7/16ths OSB and on the roof is truss rafters of a 4/12 pitch made of 2x4's and covered with 1/2 inch CDX plywood with clips installed between sheets, and on the roof, tar paper , and interlock shingles. This unit is ready to be moved and has easy access for any moving unit and located on the edge of town. Priced at 8500.00 including tax!
